Personal Details :

Dr Hamsa Parambil holds a Ph.D. in HR/Organizational Behavior from IIT Bombay, and is a certified and licensed psychometrician, personality assessor, and counselor, accredited by the British Psychological Society (UK), Hogan (USA), and Pearson (India). He is a seasoned HR professional with a unique blend of experience at both academia and the corporate world. He has served as a Scientific Officer HR, at a Govt of India R&D organization ( ATIRA, jointly sponsored by Industry & Govt of India) for a couple of years, as a faculty member at the National Institute of Bank Management, Pune (RBI) for nearly a decade, and as an HR Expert (Vice President category) at the Central Bank of Oman for over two decades. Throughout his career, Dr. Parambil has made significant contributions as a faculty member, trainer, researcher, and consultant. His work has been recognized with numerous awards and publications in reputed international journals and books. His expertise spans diverse areas including leadership development, organizational behavior, talent management, industry soft skills, organizational culture, counseling, and NLP. He has also been a visiting faculty member at various esteemed management institutes, corporate organizations, and educational institutions in India and abroad.
