Personal Details :
Rashika Parvin M holds a Master's degree in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Calicut University. She has also qualified the UGC NET (December 2022), marking her entry into academia with strong credentials. Her research interests lie in Macroeconomics, Public Economics, and International Trade, with a special focus on socio-economic development and sustainability. Rashika was a proud member of Ma’ashiyaat Economics Network, a student-led initiative at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), where she contributed as a research member. Rashika is also proficient in data analysis and statistical software, including SPSS, EViews, Stata, and R programming, which she applies in her research. She has undertaken research on the Socio-Economic Status of Women in the Unorganized Sector in Kozhikode city, particularly in the matchbox industry. Prior to joining SAFI, she worked as a Financial Analyst, gaining hands-on experience in the industry, which enriches her academic teaching and research. As an educator, Rashika is dedicated to fostering a learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analytical skills, preparing students for both academic and professional success
