Biography

I am an academician by choice. Had been to the Indian Air Force for a period of around eighteen years. Pursued higher education while serving in Air Force and took volunteer separation to join academia, my dream job. Currently, pursuing PhD from an AACSB accredited business school and work as a visiting faculty with an MBA college in HR/OB area. I am highly passionate about teaching and research with a long term goal to become a renowned scholar in my field of research. Looking forward to working with an institution that fosters world-class research and quality teaching
