PMA SAFI Human Resources INSTITUTE, situated at Vazhayoor, near Calicut in Kerala, is a human resources development arm of Social Advancement Foundation of India (SAFI), a non-profit educational charity trust founded by an eminent group of Educationalists, Philanthropists and Social Businessmen.

The institute has been approved by AICTE and offers different leadership and management educational programs as well as training, research, and consultancy activities for empowering citizens in general, and backward/disadvantaged classes in particular, by fostering in them leadership capabilities integrated with strong values and social responsibility.

The Institute, however, does not compete with other Institutes but collaborates with all stakeholders to craft the most appropriate and rigorous programs suited for different target groups.

Institute’s Activity Streams

Leadership Development Unit

This unit offers educational programs for leadership development. Currently, the unit offers 3 AICTE approved programs in management/leadership for this purpose

Social Empowerment Unit

The Unit conducts different activities in the form of training, workshops, seminars, conferences, talks, research and consultancy for empowering different target groups in the society.

Social Research Unit

Research and data collection activities aim at gaining practical insights into the community issues and their resolutions, which will also feed into training programs of the Institute and theoretical contributions.
